Can someone recommend an alternative means of obtaining GCC source releases?

I can't find a GCC source package in debian repositories.
EDIT: I should've said the subversion repository is likely unworkible for my
setup according to google (I posted this previously)

Then use s release or snapshot tarball from mirrors of ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/, and/or get better software, and use gcc-help as intended.
