for primary and secondary platforms.
sparc-sun-solaris2.9 is OK for C/C++/Objective-C/Ada/F95, except

FAIL: gcc.dg/builtin-apply4.c execution test

in 32-bit mode. Patch in testing.

We severely regressed for Java (22*2 new failures) 3 days ago.
