I have a copy that I could provide. It would be nice, though, if there
were separate PDFs for each paper; the combination of doing this, and
getting the papers into databases like CiteSeer, will help raise our
profile, as well as to possibly help with software patent battles down
the
road (publication establishes prior art).
CiteSeer is at http://citeseer.ist.psu.edu/ or
http://researchindex.com/ .
Is there a tool to chop PDFs on page boundaries, to allow each paper to
go into its own file?
