Shuffle the libiberty build out of the way and rebuild it using stage1\xgcc.
Then start the bootstrap up again and it should just work. (Or at least that
used to work bootstrapping sparc64 as native from 32-bit sparc gcc.)

Yet another reason for toplevel bootstrap...
