Do you mean the link listed on <http://gcc.gnu.org/mirrors.html>?
If so, it seems correct to me.
<ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/sources.redhat.com/pub/gcc/> is indeed
a mirror of the gcc.gnu.org stuff.

As the pathname says, that's the mirror for the main FSF ftp sever
(ftp.gnu.org), whereas the page linked above is listing mirrors
of gcc.gnu.org.
