long compilation times with current cvs

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have a pretty fast Athalon64 3k+,
1GB ram running FreeBSD/amd64. I'm doing a make bootstrap now and when
the stage 1 or 2 cc1 process works on gcc/insn-attrtab.c or insn-recog.c
it takes almost 2 minutes and 1 minute respectively of cpu time each.
gcc 3.3.3 zips through them in about 5 seconds cpu during stage 1.

Sean
