I see. In this case, the Steering Committee should probably decide if
we actually can use Subversion for GCC development (the Subversion
license is GPL-incompatible at this point, so the question is beyond
Subversion's technical merits). If Subversion is out, this would make
things a bit easier at least. 8-)
