Copyright assignment from Motorola for Altivec testsuite?

We are investigating whether or not we can add a Motorola-written
testsuite for the "Altivec" vector processor to the GCC testsuite.
Motorola representatives believe that copyright for this suite has
been assigned to the FSF, or possibly just disclaimed.  Could you
please confirm that the paperwork for this has gone through?  This
is a list of the files that should be included in this assignment
(the directory name may be different):
