[Ada] ACATS progress between 3.3.3 and 3.4

I bootstrapped the latest Ada compiler on the 3.3 and 3.4 branches on a
Debian (stable) notebook.

The # of failures went down from 24 to 8, which is a very good sign. All the
difficult problems of tasking (chapter 9, c9) are solved now. The remaining
8 errors on 3.4 are all regressions from 3.3, though, which is a bit
disappointing.
I suppose that the Ada maintainers (ACT) are well aware of the current
situation and I see no use in reporting the regressions as bugs.
What is the intended politics for Ada on the 3.4 branch? I haven't seen any
check-ins on the 3.4 branch since its creation on Jan 16.
