1.  -mcpu implies -mtune on SPARC,
2.  -mcpu=ultrasparc2 doesn't exist,
3.  -mcpu=ultrasparc3 is broken for GCC 3.3.2 in 32-bit mode on Solaris,

so I resorted to -mcpu=ultrasparc.
