gcc 3.x supports C99 style of initializing of structors which was not
supported in 2.95.3.
How in earth could the Free Software Foundation and the GCC Team
allowed this
to happen?
Very easier as 2.95.x is no longer being updated so it does not contain
any fixes or enchantments
for C99.
