to move the 382 objc/* entries in gcc/ChangeLog* over to a new
gcc/objc/ChangeLog be welcomed? If so, preapproved?
I don't think swizzling the existing changelog like this would be good.
I think it would be fine to put new entries into the subdir however,
but that is Zem's call.
