Exactly, and that's why I want to fix as many g77 bugs in 3.4 before release.


I assume 3.4 will be the last GCC release with g77.

If gfortran isn't a complete replacement for g77 by the time 3.5 (tree-ssa) is released, at least distributors of GNU/Linux OS's can offer the 3.4-g77 in /opt/bin.
