Yes, but it's combined on the server end, using a really big tree of
symbolic links.  Some people like it because they don't like running a
combiner command ( and this is an
almost transparent process.  Other people dislike it because it:  1) creates
additional load on an overloaded server, 2) is read-only; you can't commit
to it, and 3) it's additional hassle to update only one side of the tree,
not both.

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
