Extra blank line in diagnostic output

There seems to be an extraneous blank line written during the output
of diagnostics that causes the output of GCC 3.3 to be different from
that of 3.4 which makes automatic testing harder. Moreover, the blank
doesn't seem to make any sense. Here's an example of it:

test.adb: In function `test':
test.adb:4: warning: `i' might be used uninitialized in this function
test.adb:4:01: warning: "i" is never assigned a value
---------------- actual output
test.adb: In function `test':
test.adb:4: warning: 'i' might be used uninitialized in this function
test.adb:4:01: warning: "i" is never assigned a value
I see where the two newlines are coming from, but can't tell from the
comments of the functions involved which is correct.
