That's the one thing we can't do - this part of file state isn't itself
version-controlled so changing it breaks checkouts and diffs. We *can*
simply remove these keywords, as a local change to be maintained when new
versions are imported, or revert them to be the upstream values but with
the $ at either end removed. (And we can add new files with -ko.)
