What "distro"? It's not been released yet.
I suggest you spent a little more time reading the web pages. :-) There
are complete instructions for retrieving the current development tree, how
to generate and submit patches, and so forth. Depending on what you're
interested in working on, you may want to retrieve alternate development
branches, e.g., tree-ssa.
