Yes, I guess this is why, for instance, the implementation of DR295 is
disabled.
Sometimes I wish I'd never suggested that one :) I need to get off my lazy
ass and clarify some things about type deduction with the EDG guys.

IMO, we should implement the DR's without needing a separate switch
for them. C++0x is a different beast and will need a switch. Mark and
Jason expressed the same view at the summit.
