Regenerating intl/plural.c with new bison?

Subject: Regenerating intl/plural.c with new bison?

It's currently made with bison 1.28 (!).  I was wondering if there was a 
reason for this, or if it could perhaps be regenerated with a new bison.  
If so, how do I best test it. :-)
