There seem to be three or four different groups working on loop
optimizations destined for the Tree-SSA infrastructure (Sebastian Pop,
Zdenek and Honza, Daniel Berlin and me). You should have something soon,
but it also would be good if thoes groups tried to avoid duplicated work.
