gcc 3.3 failed on ia64 with the new binutils

Subject: gcc 3.3 failed on ia64 with the new binutils

The new binutils on ia64 needs the following patch:

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2003-04/msg01351.html

Otherwise, gcc 3.3 will fail in libjava.
