Sorry if I was unclear...
Doesn't a copy of the release notes posted become part of
the release tar-ball?
It was the tar-ball copy of the notes I was suggesting have a
line or two added, sort of:
"...if we have changed to bugzilla, do this,
do that, to see the details of the PR..."
