3.2 doesn't have a lot of support for those targets. 3.3 will have more,
3.4 even more. You might be better off getting a toolchain from NEC for
4100 support, however, in 3.3 the target is mips64vr-elf. For 3.2 there
wasn't a lot of explicit vr series support, however, a multilib for the
4100 is definitely possible if you edit the t-elf file.
