Dear Director of  HR 

I have just finish my last work in Bolivia for Petrobras . I was in charge of all inspector  for environmental stuffs  
in the  building of a pipeline. (Gasyrg  32" diameter pipeline of 430 m length , with 7  directional drillings ).In the gasyrg project I  was also in charge to report for my part ( environmental and HDD  to  QA/QC supervisor) we have used  the norms of petrobras and Bureau Veritas. 

I am French engineer with 4 languages speaking and a very large experience in operations . I have worked in countries in big crisis or civil wars without problems and I could be without personal problem relocate in any place in short medium or long terms in countries who securities is not so good for a person with wife and children .We are in  demobilization since march 05 th and I am looking opportunities for the future and in others places  like Africa middle orient or anywhere who you need my capacities. I am ready for travel ASAP 

I was  in charge  of the security and environmental stuffs here in the Gasyrg projet for the seven directional drilling. I have an large experience in soil decontamination also ( see web page) I am qualified in emergency oilspills responses , decontamination water ans soils in emergency. here in Bolivia  we have develop a technology for decontaminate and re using soils in agriculture ( an official thesis is supervise by my person like principal Assesor about  the subject )
