Considering the amount of changes on the 3.2-branch, was is definitely
more than we usually have for a .4 release (3.2.3 is actually 3.1.4),
we should have some more testing than usual.

Would you mind updating the status of GCC 3.2 on our main page when
this phase begins? Folks are increasingly checking that page, because
its the only way to be aware of the states of the various branches w/o
following and memorizing the gcc mailing lists.
