Danny Smith has recently determined that you can eliminate the
i[34567]86-*-win32 target, too.  Could you add that to your list?
This means that you can also remove config/i386/win32.h entirely.

I was going to do this but it might make sense to eliminate all of
the obsolete targets in one go.
