Those generally need regenerating from SGML etc. source with more recent
tools versions. They have a lot of other junk in the HTML source (e.g.
old Cygnus Javascript and dead references to images that once were on the
Cygnus site). (As noted in January 2001 when the Java web pages were
being integrated into the GCC site.) But I don't know whether current
tools versions have fixed these issues or whether they would work with the
old sources.
