Subject: PowerPC vector extensions maintainer

	I am pleased to announce that the GCC Steering Committee has
appointed GCC developer Aldy Hernandez <aldyh@redhat.com> as maintainer of
vector extensions (Altivec and e500 SPE) in the PowerPC port.  Aldy
developed and contributed those features.
