I meant the bug, not the test case.  (Or did it really work prior to
April 19?  When I tried to debug this, it looked quite old and
entrenched.)

In that case I withdraw the suggestion.  I had thought there were no
plans by anyone to fix the bug in the 3.3 timeframe.
