Should mainline be 3.3 now?

I got

# cat gcc/version.c
#include "ansidecl.h"
#include "version.h"

const char *const version_string = "3.2 20020727 (experimental)";

on mainline? Shouldn't it be "3.3 20020727 (experimental)"?
