The interpretation of the GPL, and how or whether it applies to what
you're doing, and jurisprudence relevant to all of that, isn't the
topic of this list as I understand it.

Since this is an open list, I guess that's the end of the story.  Of
course, it doesn't mean that anyone has to pay any attention to what
you say, or reply to it.
