There's been discussion of this recently but I haven't paid much
attention to it. If no one answers your question, look through the
archives for the gcc and gcc-patches mailing lists for the last
couple of weeks.

http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-2.95/buildstat.html. None of the other entries
for 2.95 have links to build messages, but your additional information
is quite useful.
By the way, I'd be happy to add links to messages for other entries on
the 2.95 list if people provide them to me, but I don't want to look
them up myself.
