SH-1 support in gcc

I would prefer SH-1 support retained in GCC, because
it's actually very popular for embedded applications.
For example, all of Hitachi's MultiMediaCards contain an SH-1
processor. The firmware isn't written using GCC currently,
but that doesn't preclude usage of GCC sometime in the future.
