Ouch, you are right.  (I wonder why I didn't notice that when
bootstrapping the compiler.  Somehow, this indicates that the wrong
versions of these files are being used.)

Perhaps we should merge the changes from mainline which eliminates the
revision numbers for these files.  Comments?
