www.delorie.com has been up continuously since last May, you shouldn't
have a problem accessing it, and you really need to use the zip picker
on the djgpp page to select the right zips for your OS and install
them correctly. However, you can access the FTP sites directly by
looking in the gnu/djgpp/ portion of any Simtel.Net FTP archive.
