I don't suppose you could create the uberbaum repo over on
subversions.gnu.org?  (I am told you are the maintainer of it)  Doing so
would remove some of the anonymous users (as no one should be committing
to that repo).

Also do you know who to talk to about getting Binutils over on
subversions.gnu.org?  No one on the Binutils list has responded to that
question.
