Committed as the attached patch. This also removes superfluous `/'s
(according to Andreas Schwab - and my testing), $(MULTISUBDIR) already
provides one.
Make bootstrap (C and Fortran), make check (Fortran only) and make
install (plus small test-program compiled with the installed compiler
and run) on i686-pc-linux-gnu (no multilibs) and
powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu (multilibs).
