Subject: Mistaken objc-act.c commit

I mistakenly just committed the capitalization changes to objc-act.c,
but with the other objc-act.c changes of my initialization patch
awaiting approval.

It took me about 5 mins to correct; it should be OK now.  Sorry for
any inconvenience.  I'm pretty sure the regression tester will have
started, though 8-(
