Signal while compiling libvorbis

Hello,

I have a little compiling Problem with the gcc 2.95.3.

I use a selfcompiling (LFS) GNU/Linux 2.2.20 System and want to compile
the libvorbis 1.0beta4 package. While the compiling I get the folowing
error Message

gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make[2]: *** [envelope.lo] Fehler 1
make[2]: Verlassen des Verzeichnisses Verzeichnis
»/home/dieter/src/libvorbis-1.0beta4/lib«

I get this error only in the libvorbis package. I have no problems with
other packages inclusive the kernel. This error is reproduceable, this
means I get error every time when I compiling the package. By the way I
use glibc 2.2.4 this should can help you.
