Dear gcc maintainers!

I translated gcc3.02 successfully and complete (gcc, java, g77, g++, 
testsuite,...) on my alpha machine. (alphaev56-dec-osf4.0g)

But when I made 

gmake check

then I had very many errors. 
I assume these torture-tests are within the testsuite. 
I might be a hardware error?! 
How can I report, I did not find anything about the testsuite in FAQ's 
and so on.

Would you please be so kind to help me.

Iattach the output-file of gmake check which is produced by 
drag and drop from an xterm.
