hi all !
I have a problem using profiling on solaris 2.8 using gcc.
If i compiled a simple program that uses the function moncontrol() with gcc
version 2.7.2.3 the program is compiled and linked properly but if i use gcc
version 2.95.2 19991024 (release) then i get an undefined symbol error:
gcc ~/world.c -pg -o wor
Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
moncontrol /var/tmp/ccU4Nq0S.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to wor
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Is it a bug ?
What shall i do ?
cheers mickael
