The Ada Conformity Assessment Test Suite (ACATS) is the official test
method used to check conformity of an Ada implementation with the Ada
programming language standard (ANSI/ISO/IEC 8652:1995).

I assume it's compatible with inclusion into GCC CVS, but I'm not a
lawyer, could someone with FSF authority confirm? I also made some
minor modification to some tests (mainly replacing some long
hard-coded delays by customizable delays to avoid long useless idle
waits in tasking tests), and I assume it's okay from a legal
standpoint (I'm storing my modification in a patch right now). Plus
of course the needed configuration to run the suite with GNAT (mainly
contributed by ACT).
I also assume we want the test suite packaged in GCC CVS once GNAT is
there?
