Also, possibly some of the documentation in the CrossGCC FAQ about how to
build cross compilers and toolchains ought to be merged into the main
installation manual.
(I think it would make sense, once the conversion of the HTML install
manual to texinfo has been completed, for it to be expanded with, in
addition to the current contents, more tutorial and example material, as
well as the documentation of makefile targets currently in gcc.texi.)
I don't know whether there would be any copyright assignment implications
for this.
