I believe that design goal of the SSE instricts are to be compatible
with Intel's one at user level.

But if we want to have in gcc multiple targets with packed types support,
we should try to find way to handle them in unified style.

Also I believe that Apple is having some patches for PPC-Altivec instricts
available somewhere too.
