I have start_dyn.o and start_sta.o, but not anything like
init_term_dyn.o.

Well, if this computer wasn't several hundred miles away, I would
install 5.0 on it.  However, this is just remote shell access.  Oh
well, if it doesn't bootstrap on 4.5, I guess this machine is just
stuck with 2.9-beos-980929 forever.
