Thanks Gerald.
Yes I got precompiled binaries of 2.95 and it seems to be working fine
with it.
But for some of our rogue wave version 7.03, it is not able to compile.
that's why we need it as with hp-ux 10.00 gcc 2.7.2.3 it's working fine.
BTW, even if they does not officially support in a Hpux 11 booted in 64
bit mode
(h/w supports 64 bit) will gcc compiled binary will run in 32 bit
hp-ux11 ??
One more thing,as I find in the http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc_8.html
What does the solution actually mean ?
I am trying to compile the gcc on /usr.

If you build GNU CC on a BSD system using a directory stored in a System
V file system, problems may occur in running
fixincludes if the System V file system doesn't support symbolic
links. These problems result in a failure to fix the
declaration of size_t in `sys/types.h'. If you find that size_t is
a signed type and that type mismatches occur, this
could be the cause. The solution is not to use such a directory
for building GNU CC
