I have suggested this half a year (or more) ago, but receivedi no response
at all back then.
This probably doesn't make sense for day-to-day work, but my idea was to
ask people to submit unreviewed patches there. Also, similiar to open PRs,
we could give a guarantee that before a release all such patches are re-
viewed.
