make-error in gcc-3.0-branch

I've translated some more in the swedish translation. But I can't get it
to work with:
$ make update-po
make ./gcc.pot
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/dennis/cvs/gcc/gcc/po'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../c-parse.c', needed by `gcc.pot'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/dennis/cvs/gcc/gcc/po'
make: *** [update-po] Error 2
All I did before this was to get the 3.0 branch from cvs and run configure
to generate all the makefiles, including the one above. And I ran the
above in the gcc/po directory.
The problem is that in the sv.po file there is recorded where the string
is defined. And then emacs can jump to the location and I can (maybe)
understand the context enogh to know how to translate.
The problem is that these files and line-numers are wrong:
#: c-common.c:887 c-common.c:963
msgid "format string has invalid operand number"
msgstr "formatsträng har ett ogiltigt antal operander"
The string is really in the file c-format.c
In this case I wanted to know if it was the number of arguments that is
invalid or of it's a number-argument that is invalid.
In cases like this it's a good idea to place a comment on the line above
the string telling one how to interpret the string. This is something the
translators need in many cases.
Would you accept patches where I put some extra comment there (and other
places) giving the translators some context?
I still have not seen a gcc that works woth my swedish translation. But
I have not tried the last two months. Anyone know if the bugs that stop it
from working has been fixed? By then the translation did not work for the
tools called from gcc.
