Since it seems that, of all 64-bit ports, the ppc is the only one that
fails with a 64-bit HOST_WIDE_INT, how about a new target macro that
would allow it to force hwint.h to not use long long, while we work on
fixing the problems in the PPC port that prevent it from working?
