Well, we can solicit people for translations.  We could talk about it
on this list to try and encourage people to do translations.  We could
have pointers from our documentation to the TP documentation.  We
could send a request to gcc-announce asking for people to do
translations for us for gcc 3.0.  I suspect there are a few
multi-lingual people on the list that might be willing to help out.

Maybe a quick guided tour on how one adds a translation might be
enough to demystify it enough for people to help out.
